I’m Emma Roberts Calemine, your wine enthusiast, and I’m here to make your next soiree the most talked about event of the year.
I have learned that the best memories are made around the dinner table.
I have found that pretty much anything can be fixed with good company, conversation, and wine.
It all started during the 2020 pandemic when we were all stuck at home and going out for anything special was completely nixed from the picture. For a girl who loves her social hour, this was a little more than I could bear, so I decided to bring the good times home to me.
I started teaching myself how to craft cocktails from my kitchen counter, and realized that my concoctions were better than most drinks I was getting at the trendy hot spots I used to frequent! Plus there was the added bonus of being able to substitute for my favorite liquors, use homegrown garnishes and opt for higher-line ingredients. Using products whose brands believe in sustainability and bettering the earth are the ones that I like to support.
Honestly, it started to feel selfish to keep my creations all to myself, so I started a YouTube channel called 100 Proof Emma and an Instagram page @100proofemma.
I guess people loved them because shortly after that, I was asked to write for The Tasting Panel Magazine, a national hospitality publication, where I have been contributing articles since the beginning of 2021!
With the added exposure and my growing love for mixology and wine, thus came the natural progression to hostessing fine dining experiences.
SPOILER ALERT: My clients will all express that I have great taste because I reflect their preferences at every stage of the event.
What can I say, I know what the people want!

Favorite Dish: My fiance’s lamb bolognese and homemade caesar salad…. and pineapple/ham pizza ;)

Favorite Dessert: Strawberries and homemade bourbon whipped cream
Favorite Flower: Sunflowers
As you can tell, party planning is in my blood, but my passion really lies in bringing people together. I truly live for those intimate nights with friends and family that are fueled by rich conversation, laughter, and deep connection. Those moments when you look around the table and your heart feels so full that it brings tears to your eyes because you’re so grateful to be in that space in time. Surrounded by people you love, eating amazing food, drinking, and being merry.
